Quality Control
Need samples pulled every hour from every machine during production of your order? No problem. It is SOP for our QC Department to go above and beyond a typical customer's requirements, pulling, testing and retaining more pieces than even the pickiest of customers have asked us for.

One of our key instruments used to ensure quality control is the Dillon Model E Electronic Force Gauge. This little nifty tests the strength of our customers' perforated bandolier overwraps, guaranteeing a just-right perf strength that will break apart precisely when inserted into our customers' product.

Another excellent instrument that is atypical of our competition is our MAP Systems Vacuum Burst Tank. This baby verifies that our patented FLATPAC process is doing its job by creating a vacuum around a single package that will reach up to 25 inches Hg. This extra quality service is especially beneficial to those customers whose products are vacuumed, processed foods.

Security
We provide the type of security you need - designed to fit your program. A locked security cage, security cameras strategically placed to monitor all work completed, alarm system with motion detectors designed to deter/prevent theft. A uniformed security guard can be on the premises at all times, or just during production - it's up to you. We provide careful monitoring and tracking of raw materials, finished goods, and scrap. We keep a closed shop - no visitors during production of your proprietary job.
